UPDATE!
A Wilmington Police Officer has died as the result of injuries sustained from a car crash early this morning. The official opening of the Wilmington Police Department’s Southeast Division Headquarters, originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, has been postponed due to today’s tragedy.
