Last night (Saturday, 4/18), some idiots sped through our neighborhood running over mailboxes. This happened around 3:00am, and covers several different streets in our area. Many heard the noise (including me), but no one saw the vehicle. Police are taking calls and trying to locate as many of the residents as possible in order to give case numbers. If this happened to you and you have not been contacted by the WPD as of yet, please try Officer P.B. Raspet at 343-3600.
They think it might even be one of own younger neighbors looking for kicks in some kind of truck with a steel grate on the front.
