About 7:30 p.m. tonight, I went outside to find a young dog in my yard in the 2000 block of South Live Oak. He is a young male hound, looks like a very tall beagle, very sweet, but very scared. A woman from Forest Hills was out by her car in the road, trying to coax him into her car to take him home for safekeeping. She said she had first seen him down near the intersection of South Canterbury and Hawthorne. We got him to come onto my patio, which is fenced in, but by the time I could go back to my computer to try to access the blog, he had jumped the fence and escaped. I just saw him across the street near the Hyman's house at 2102 South Live Oak. I hope his family sees this and comes to try to find him. He is not wearing a collar.

A very scared large beagle like dog without a collar appears frightened running alone on S Live Oak. It's freezing outside so I hope if it's your dog you realize you need to go looking!
